Here is an ad for a level 80 blood elf warlock (destro), and 80 fury/prot warrior.
Destruction Warlock - 2320 SP Unbuffed. Has 500 Haste, 21% crit, hit capped. With illustration of the dragonsoul and buff food can easily reach 2600sp unbuffed if not more.
400+ Cooking with many dalaran cooking awards saved up
450 Herbalism
450 Alchemy (all flask recipes, 20 flasks of frostwyrm in bags as well as 20 200sp/200crit pots. 10 flasks of stoneblood and 5 of pure mojo. Has 1 of each potion injectors - mana/hp x20)
Almost 300 fishing, can easily fish anywhere in Northrend and has lots of Fish Feast mats in bags.
Epic flying.

500-1000g in Herbalism, fishing, and other materials.
Can easily pull 5-7k DPS in raid situations. I consistantly was pulling 7-7.5 in Ulduar when the rotation started working out.

3/5 t7.5 and 1/5 t8 fury. Jawbone, Death's Bite. Fully naxx 25 epic and has some ulduar epics.
3/5 t7.5 Prot, 1/5 t7 (chest). Just started collecting prot stuff, has titansteel shieldwall and helm. Some Naxx epics. Easily enough to get started in heroics (in fact I just finished H UP) - especially with the t7.5. 26000ish hp unbuffed
Epic mount, training. Dual spec. Easily pulling 4k+ DPS
T6, T4, lots of prestige items from TBC!
Warrior has 450 mining and I just picked up jewelcrafting.
