PVP RESTO - Full Savage SET + 84 Resil Trinket
*Also has Je'Tze's Bell + Illustration of the Dragon Soul : TRINKETS!
The Gear Level's for all three sets are generally all epic, with few sets which are not beaten except by 25man end game drops.

My Gear for all three sets is Tier 7 or above. For my Heal + DPS I only have 1 Tier7.5, as those pieces are only 2-5% improvement to what I've currently got. And some pieces which arnt t7.5 are better then the t7.5 equivalent.
