Well, as the title says -- I have a mithra with all of the above jobs leveled. I have many hundreds of merits, most important ones are capped.
As far as notable gear:
Weapons: Byakko's Axe, Joyeuse, 3/8 HQ staves, Destroyers, Sirocco Kukri, Macuahuitl+1, Hagun, Senjuinrikio/Perdu Blade, Bahamut's Zaghnal, and probably a few more which I don't remember.
Head: Walahra Turban, Hecatomb Cap, Optical Hat, Hissho Hachimaki, and Wyvern Helm, Denali Bonnet, Demon Helm+1
Neck: Temperance Torque, Breeze/Soil Gorgets, Chivalrous Chain.
Ears: Ethereal Earring, Suppanomimi, Brutal Earring, Moldavite Earring, AGI earrings, Minuet Earring, Feyuh's Earring, Cassie Earring, Intruder Earring
Body: Haubergeon, Shura Togi, Hydra Haubert (One of INCREDIBLY FEW, it's rarer than almost every relic.), Denali Jacket
Hands: Dusk Gloves, Askar Manopolas, Pallas's Bracelets, Seiryu's Kote, Usukane Gote, Vicious Mufflers
Rings: Sniper's Ring, Rajas Ring, Behemoth Ring x2, Ruby Ring, Snow Ring x2, Jelly Ring, Bomb Queen Ring, Ether Ring, Mermaid's Ring

I'm sure I have missed tonnes of gear, but I will be able to answer any questions upon request. All of my jobs are fully geared, and usable. I also have amassed an ENORMOUS amount of AF2 over the years, totalling close to 60. I have most every important piece for all of the jobs I have leveled, and can answer more specifically if you are curious. The account does not have much gil on it (Only about 150k), and I would be willing to transfer it to any server. In an effort to avoid typing for the next 4 hours, I will simply say that I will answer any and all questions that I am asked, but I don't really feel like typing every tiny detail of this incredibly detailed character.
