This is an EU created character. You can play this on a US system with ALL expansions exactly the way you would play a US character. However to change the password internally in POL, you need to download the client at http://www.playonline.com/ff11eu/dow...l?pageID=media. It's easy, it takes only a few minutes. It's absolutely nothing to worry about, but you must have access to a computer to download the client. EU players can just log in and play asap.

I have every single verification this industry allows to prove legit. Buy with confidence.
