All gear is of course gemmed and enchanted.
PvP gear - 5/5 S2 arena items, 1/5 S3 arena items and full S3 Honor items. The character also has 4300k Arena points stored so you can buy a few additional S3 items should you so chose.

The sale goes for the whole account so you will need to transfer the characters you are intrested in yourself, the account holds apart from the warlock also two altbanks (one stuffed to bursting with goods) and a couple of lesser alts in the 20-60 range.
