Everything is on the same account, i have no problems letting you transfer a character off of the account. However you have to provide the account to do so.
I am the original owner and can provide you all of the information. I have a verified paypal, i have no issues with using the phone aswell.

70 horde druid on pvp server, multiple sets of epics. T5+ quality resto and balance set, T4/T5 quality feral set. 375 alchy/lw/cooking/First Aid/189fishing. Normal flyer.
70 Alliance human warrior on pve server. Has a mostly blue tanking set, with partial epic/blue fury set. Has the commander title. 375 mining, 364 engineering. Normal flyer.
66 alliance gnome mage on pve server. greens/blues, epic land mount, 286 enchanting, 340 tailoring.
Has a couple lesser alts, 44 priest, 48 lock.
