Paladin has: 4/5 vengeful holy (no helm), 5/8 T6, great offset pieces, ~2300 healing for pve gear. Also has a decent ret set, 5/5 vengeful. Merciless netherdrake (with epic flying) and gladiator title. T4 Prot set, with some t6 equiv pieces mixed in.
Warrior has: 5/5 vengeful + weapon (mace and throwing). T4 equiv tanking set, can tank anything up to mag and possibly SSC.
Paladin has 6500g and another 1000 in banked items (sellable), warrior has around 1.5k.
