Couldn't show in game as seller said the account was in-active and he, "Did not have the money to reactivate to show in game."

This is suspect because the charecter is on an active 1st ranked PvP 3's team, and a 2nd ranked 5's team...and lets face it he doesnt have 15 dollars to spend to activate the account...please.
