Wrong, it is indeed a good weapon but however not BiS for a DK, it is a good weapon however for PvP.

Here it is in comparison to another weapon of the same level which is pretty close to BiS excluding heroic version of some weapons.

Bryntoll, isn't really rare until it's the heroic one and is it 9.5 or 9.25. Since 9.5 is heroic, aka from killing anub 25+ trys for the token.
