Both have all 5 Roles unlocked, Fastest Mount available, All Class Skills Unlocked, Raid Ready, Has Different sets of Armor Healing/DPSing/Tanking & Prestige 6 Chest Piece, PvP Rank 3, Max Foraging/Butchering/Apothecary, All of the Major Crafting Recipes, Depending on which armor you have equipped you can break the max Focus cap, Over 1100SP, Good Standing in Community, nearly 200 Plaques and 4 Artisan Plaques in reserve, All Bag slots unlocked are 20+, All gear is T2/T3, Full Purples including Planar Essences, Goggles Unlocked to be able to enter the 10man instance, over 13k Planarite, All faction related levels are near max (If you play for a little while you should max the rest no problem) There is also some Plat and more than what is stated here just ask for further details.
