The cahracter got around 49M SP, has maxed out scanning for wormholes and every other skill point went into combat skills. Drones, Armor, Engineering, Shields and rigging are already skilled for subcap pvp pilot. You can just learn all the weapon and ship specific skills you are interested in. This character basically never played the game, it was sitting in a station and learning with an ocasional wormhole scanning now and than. Clean state no history.
