In regards to the above post, I merely said that because tbh I'm new to this and wasn't sure how everything worked. I put a lot of time into this account and the last thing I'd want obviously is to be scammed or what not.

I can get pics for those interested in order to verify any questions on if this is legit.

But ya, I just started college this year and am in a band now so I've found I don't have the time to keep playing this game and would rather have this gear thats been hardearned used rather than rot. He's one the best geared mages on the server seeing as every piece is the best available atm give or take 1 or 2 items that are questionable.

Typical scammer line in my opinion. How do you expect someone to trade with you if they can't even see the toon?

 

Showing someone a character's armory, or showing them the character in game does not compromise an account's security. As long as you don't discuss anything in game about wanting to sell your account you will be just fine. I have shown the armory / shown the character in game on 100+ accounts and have never had an account banned.

Think of it this way, if you disliked someone in game and they banned for this, you could come on MD, pretending to be them and plaster their armory link all over for sale advertisements in an attempt to get an account banned. Or talk people into meeting you in game to show you their gear in an effort to get their accounts banned.
