Thank you for the clarification, I feel new users might not realize that the annual pass isn't paid all at one time. Could cause issues when you say 12 mo gametime included.

 

Nope its not all paid in full, currently 2 months into the 12 month commitment, for this sale i would be willing to fulfill the contract for the buyer.
