Banned - Avoiding Negative Feedback

Don't buy from this guy, terrible to work with and takes ages for his response. I payed him 4 days ago and still haven't gotten the account and I don't know if he is stalling because he already sold the account or what. He tried to give me the wrong account that was a freshy made battle.net account and then I called him out for it and he said oops sorry wrong account. Then he hasn't responded to my messages for an hour after.
