As squezzlejuice said: It HAS been hotfixed for over a week or so: if you transfer a character off a battle.net account, the character will carry 0 mounts, 0 pets and 0 FoS (excepted for Charger (if Paladin), Dreadsteed of Xoroth (if Warlock) or Swift Flying Form(if Druid)).

Its a lot overpriced, and am not sure if its still against the rules of this forum to sell a dup

 

I've seen guys sell it for 250k ingame, so yeah it is a bit overpriced
