I see, becase I created this account not more than 90 days, possibly that's the reason why I can't change my email.

 

if ncsoft disabled then you already changed mail 1 time or 90 days arent past

you can change mail every 90 days

It used to be able to change email address. However, currrently ncsoft has disable the option. you can try check with ncsoft bns. however, i will be provide all security details and bday for the account, so even myself in the future will not be able to access the account.
