On top of the games, this account has a *ton* of stuff for Dota 2, including a lot of immortal items (autographed by Kacie), couriers, and a 2015 compendium. Even at a low estimate (excluding 2015 immortals and low value items), the dota inventory itself has a market value of far more than 50$ !

Indeed, it seems you are right, the account is in fact only 11 years and 9 months old, my apologies, I went with the SteamDB info (which says 12) without further checking
