Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian (No longer obtainable Legendary )
- The rarest legendary weapon in the game, the most sought after by casters. Probably the rarest item in the whole game.
- Obtained from months of raiding one of the hardest dungeons ever presented in WoW. Level 60 Naxxramas.
- 40 Splinters of Atiesh were collected from Naxxramas and combined to make the first quest item that leads to this staff: the Flame of Atiesh. You would then required to have Neutral faction with the Brood of Nozdormu to get Anachronos to send you on the Atiesh Quest line. The head of the staff was obtained from killing Kel’thuzad at the end of Naxxramas, while the base of the staff was obtained from killing C’thun in the Temple of Ahn’Qiraj. You would then take the combined staff to Stratholme, and exorcise the great evil within the staff and then defeat it with your group.
