Wtf from epic premium to commoner

i upgraded my acc 2 days ago and today being commoner instantly without reason !! help !! i spent money on it and why its happening to me !

I see no verification information. maybe bug or company denied it. it'll have to wait for Epic to come on.

cause i got over 20 feedback and allowed to upgrade it to epic premium thats why no verification needed..

Some verification is required. Obviously not id, but phone and paypal verification, usually shows a payment i do not see one. and all applications are then manually reviewed

did both already and paid with my paypal.. i got my upgraded title and then today went away

Your usergroup changed to "User Awaiting Email Confirmation" then after you confirmed it was changed back to the default usergroup. I've fixed it.

Normally this happens when you change your email address on your account, because you have to verify the new email address, however I don't see an email change on your account. What did you change on your account that might have triggered this?

probably because of steam.. i cant no longer access my account through steam since the button wont link me anymore into steam login,then i use "forgot password" and i renew the password and login directly through epicnpc without "steam".. i usually login and registered my account through steam..

oh yea please fix the steam login button,somehow it wont work anymore and "database" error after long long loading time

That should be removed. Armorybids.com was shutdown.

I tested our Steam registration process and login and received no error. I was able to log in and out using Steam connect without issue.

What errors are you getting?

Its working already not.. 2 days ago it wasnt working.. "Database Error" such as error usually happen to EpicNpc when its on "maintenance" or "bug or such things"

cant make a pict since its working now.. will report soon its getting error again
