The requirements are played since launch and made (almost) all events and has many decks, in other words a !whale! account.
The account should have many consecutive login days and special items.

In the end I am not searching some 20-30 decks I am looking for 45+ decks and has all alt cards.
The decks should be complete and not needed to be crafted and at least 1k+ ur dust on top of it!
