Primarily used for farming Gold but don't want to upkeep it anymore. Got an Armorers House in Ahnimar and 5 Aqua Farms in Diamond Shores. Always paid, Monday evening. Logging in daily for rewards and making taxes. Has several buyers that keep coming back, who want to buy the Armorers House or its Spot for 50-90k Gold.

Has a Magnificient Longspear that I was working towards Erenor. Have been farming a lot of Mats initially for T3 Gems. 135.000 Labor in pots. 237 Loyalty Tokens.
As the Account is not yet invested into a specific class, you can still change as it as you want, it got enough items and gold to skyrocket in GS.

Aqua Farms can make 1-2k gold a day with ~350 labor and about 20 minutes of your time which is mostly replanting.
