[wtb] want to get rid of your account fast??? Buying any account with decent stats max 30$

i am buying any runescape account with decent stats, included skillers, pkers, mains, everything!
Terms:
- ALWAYS PROVIDE MIDDLEMAN
- I will not pay extra for any gold or items included on the account
- i will not pay extra for quests completed (but this can make it worth more but still up to max 30$
- i will only make a price for the characters total level and stats
- dont expect super prizes since i am a trader,
- Will need to use a middleman so provide one.
