Im looking to buy a barebones league of legends account that has preferably 10k+ rp. Looking to buy that account for 50$. Will negotiate though. I will not pay more if the account has better runes champions etc. I just want the rp to buy the legacy skin that are coming out .

You know most of those accounts are like level one and are probably going to get their rp removed/banned.
