I am looking for a Steam account that can list items and buy from the market. Games on the account don't matter. Accounts with just one game or no games are perfect.
I can pay via paypal or keys.

The account must have a successful purchase older than 30 days, but not older than a year. Also, Steam Guard must be enabled for 15 days.
