VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND:

My Preferences are:

Inner:
AWE (Against Worldy Evil) Level 75

Gear:
Class 06 Gear (at least) or Class 07 if possible

Weapon:
Twin Daggers Class 06 at least or Class 07 if possible
COOK --- at least 4x Weapon Damage on the weapon (5x or 6x Weapon Damage is even better)
OR
Blacksmith with Perish Blade Skills 10% (Preferably Spirit Leaves the Body 10% x3 --- Spin Skill [I believe] )

Weapon Manuals:
Twin Daggers 454 Damage (Preferably)

Meridians:
Tang 216
Royal Guards 216
Nianluo Dam 216
Blood Blade Clan 216
Hidden Meridians if possible as well too

Sets:
Perish Blade (Preferably Level 13)
Yes, this would mean the account has to be in WV for Level 13 --- if possible, also in disguise please
Heart Buddha (at least Level 10) if possible

Skills:
Ancient TaiChi (ATC) Bubble Heal --- 300% Heal Level 3 if possible
Scholar Twin Sword Skill Buff Level 4 - Recovers IP (Internal Power) if possible
Wudang Single Sword Heal + IP Recover Skills Level 4 if possible (one skill swaps HP + IP, other skill recovers IP --- Sorry I do not have the names but its very common)

Lores:
The more lores the better
I love lores

Yeh, better buy a buddha main acc which is wv or go wv. pve built done x)

 

I haven't said anything about 30% bracers. They're mandatory for buddha palm.
I wrote it's useless to switch twin daggers for perish blade because it's actually less dmg than wep dmg x6. Tangmen only uses cook twin daggers, so there's your evidence. Screw blacksmith perish blade twin daggers, they're useless scam.

There is no point to switch twin daggers for every skill. Your PB dps is better and consistent with wep dmg x6.
