All/most lcs preferred, eidolom not really needed (if there is, cyrene e2 or phainon e2 would be appreciated)
Idc if nothing much in story or endgame wise is clear (preferred to be able to fully star everything (except the arbitration))
My budget is around $200-$300 but if its higher, will need to agree on installment/reservation plan on my terms.
