Hi i gave my account to my little brother and would like to get a new one with an alliance character, I am way too lazy to level one myself (used one whole year 1-60, endless hours of ganking in winterspring).

Must haves:
Night Elf, preferably male
Decent gear, geared towards arms is a bonus

Very nice to haves:
JC/Mining and some gold
