Hi, as title states I want to buy an account with a level 60 character and decent horizontal progression (most/all skill points unlocked, most/all runes unlocked). Vertical progression isn't important to me. Would prefer if the Artist Hyper Express pass hasn't been used yet, but it's fine if it was.
