I am looking to buy a NA starter that is AR 35 or below. The lower the better
These are the types of accounts I'd be interested in:
1. An account with C2 Nicole (preferred) as the limited
2. An account with both Nicole and Durin as the limited (second preferred, especially if Nicole is C1, or ideally C2)
3. An account with C1 Nicole as the limited (least preferred, but if there are other interesting units on the account, or if the account is VERY low AR, I'd go for it)
Bonus points: If Nicole has her signature weapon, not required though
