- LOTS of jade / special passes available (minimum 100 wishes or 15k jade, preferably more than 25 to 30k jade or 200 wishes, less is ok if has more limited characters)
- Bronya
- At least one or two limited characters (not interested in Jing Yuan), more = better
- NA or EU only, but if Asia account for cheap then that might be ok
- early / mid / endgame, all is fine

Budget depends on the account, willing to spend up to 100 or even 200 for an account with more limited characters, LC's, and more wishes
