WTB "mage weapon" bow with no FC penalty and good mods

My treasure hunter char needs a good bow with the Mage Weapon attribute, spell channelling, no fast-cast penalty, and with DI or SSI benefits too would be nice.

Any kind of bow (other than heavy xbow) is fine.
