Hello everyone,
As the title states, I'm looking to buy a NA LoL account with most of the champions unlocked, and a fair amount of skins & runes.
* Ideally I'd like the ELO to be higher than 1100, I have an account right now that has pretty bad ELO, so I'm looking to upgrade. *
Money isn't really an issue, but I probably won't be paying more than $75
I'd prefer to deal with a repped member, but if you don't have rep I'll require a phone call.
I'm going to require that I also receive the answers to the recovery questions.
