I'm looking to purchase a LTA / Lifetime VIP account (original account holder preferred but not essential).

NA or EU accounts considered

Not essential, but would be amazing:
Founder or Beta status (signups prior to April 2007)
Any pre-order bonuses from Shadows of Angmar + expansions
Stockpile of Lotro points

Gold, gear, 130 characters would be nice, but not essential.
