I'm interested in buying a lifetime VIP account. Planning to start playing LOTRO again (sold my old account back in 2013 or 14). Expansions and any account upgrades, TPs are welcomed. I want to play through all content again, so i'll create own characters for sure, so around 100 lvl chars, PVMP ranks and items do not matter for me at all - it can be even completely empty account. Preferably EU, and as cheap as it can be.

I think i'm looking for something as cheap as possible, so i guess top rank chars on the account may rise the price above my limits. Does the account have all expansions? And of course what is the price?
