I'm looking to buy a level 30 account on NA.
I'm not too concerned with rank, but I'd prefer that it either be unranked or at least silver 2. If it has a low rank, I may be still interested if it has a good selection of runes/champs.
I want to have a decent selection of champions and runes, and ad champs/runes are a plus.
You must be the original owner, and be able to transfer over the necessary emails and details. I also don't want an account that has been banned.
I'm looking to spend $25-50, depending on the account.
I'll be using paypal to pay (my paypal is verified).
I know I'm new here, so I'll be willing to go first for those that seem trustworthy. If you don't seem trustworthy, we could probably find a middleman if you don't want to go first.
