WTB High End Paladin - 1.5-2k$ Budget - Want to spend it all on one account! Repped

Want to buy a high end paladin for at least 1500$, will push 2 grand if it's worth it.
-Must have a high amount of achievement points
-Must have rare mounts
-Must have a good PvE ilvl
-YOU must be repped and or OO + long time status on forums.
Those are the only requirements. No spec or race preference.

I do know the difference between duped account toons and original. I want the paladin to be the main of the account and to have achieved everything. Thanks.
