ALLIANCE ONLY, if you have an old pvp system titled toon with extremely crazy gear and like 7k+ achievements I might go Horde. Anything very very rare is worth me looking into and might be a buy.
Paying $700+ I might pay to up 1,000 for the perfect toon but expect it to be something extremely rare and complete.

5K + Achievements
Rare Titles/Mounts/Achievements
-Immortal, Twilight Vanquisher, Grand Marshal, Scarab Lord, Gladiator Titles, Realm First Titles, Realm First Raid Titles (Magic Seeker and etc.)
-Mounts like Deathcharger, Raven Lord, Amani War Bear, Black/Red/Plagued Proto-Drakes, Deadly Frostwyrm, Traveler's Tundra Mamoth, ZG Raptor and Zulian Tiger.
-Gear: Probably a minimum of Naxx 25 Gear and Hateful/Deadly, Tier 8 and 8.5 is a big plus but not the biggest thing.
*Vanity is much more important to me than gear. Gear is easy to get but Vanity is much more difficult.
*Legendary items are always nice!

I am looking for an extremely complete character and am hard to impress.
I have played Scarab Lords, Grand Marshals, Dual Warglaive Warriors and more in the past. I AM HARD TO IMPRESS!

I am a very busy working professional so I don't have a ton of time to sit around on Markee or be available, I will be on AIM as much as possible and it's mobile but PM's/E-mails worth nicely as well.
