<ul style="list-style-type: disc">[*] I will personally call or require some sort of voice transition before I will accept the account.[*] If you are under 18 years of age, a legal guardian is required for transaction of any kind.[*] I will need a scan photo ID along with a LAND line and/or cellular telephone number. [*] Transfer must be up[*] Must have T7.5 equivalent or up.[*] Must be Horde[/list]<span style="font-size: 8pt"><span style="font-style: italic">If you have any problem with the first 3 bullets we can work something out. IE: Speech Impaired</span></span>
If you are the Original Owner of your account, I will be MUCH MORE inclined to deal with you. If you are not the Original Owner of the account, you MUST be able to provide a semi-detailed history of where the account has been.
