WTB FFXIV Account with "Lightning Returns" Event Hairstyles Unlocked

As title says, looking for any plain FFXIV account provided it has the FFXIII hairstyles (Male and Female) that were only available to be unlocked during the "Lightning Returns" event. Not interested in paying extra for an account that has other things driving the price up (i.e. maxed out characters).
