I want to buy a eve online character/account, preferred Amarr that is trained fairly well. More Specifically looking for HAC/RECON/BS 5 and gunnery/other skills to fit/fly it well. Close to cap is nice, i will also take a look at Gallente and Minmatar accounts, but not caldari as i already have one. Having their skills on a website or giving me the limited API will help a ton.
