Hello, I'm looking for an EU account that has the following Characters:
- Sparkle (or guaranteed and near pity)
- Fu Xuan
- Seele or Jingliu
- Ruan Mei or Silver Wolf (if not BiS LC, then Silver Wolf event LC)
- Male MC
Account progress doesn't matter.
It should not have deadlinks and you should be the original owner (if not f2p, able to provide receipts).
Budget is 100$. If there are limited light cones or other units I really like, I might consider increasing budget a little bit.
Paying with Paypal FF using Trade Guardian (I will cover fees).
