As for dlc it's all available on the first account with eso plus. But only till it runs out.
I have purchased some dlc but not all.

Got two accounts, first account I got 18 characters maxed out. Every class, eso plus for another month and psn plus.
Over 1200cp.
Second account 2 characters 720 cp I can sell both for 350 euro or seperate
Max cp account with 18 characters 300 euro
720cp account with 2 characters 100 euro.
Cheaper for both.
The 720cp has no eso plus or psn plus.
I can get pictures off both accounts in the next few hours.
