Similar to my other post, I'm trying to get back into the game, but I really don't want to start from scratch again or buy the boosts that SE offers.

If not a savage raid experienced account, i'm looking for an account that has all 70's.

Mounts, minions, pvp, triple triad, beastribe ranks, etc don't matter to me. My main interest is that everything is at 70 with job quests completed, and EX/Savage content ready to play.
