The account can be a fresh 30
or can be a 30 with 100 champs.


The 2 things I need on the account:
It can have no ranked games played for s3(or if it does it must be mostly wins), or it must be in atleast Silver division 2 or 1 or higher.
Also it cannot have warnings.

I am looking for cheap, but I will take pricey accounts around 100ish if the deal is amazing.
