i'm looking for a c6 yelan acc on a slightly tight budget... original owner is preferred, some receipts r preferred, deadlinkless preferred...
about the account in itself, please don't dm if it's a whale account, i don't want too many extra characters IF they mess with the price. yelan should have her BIS (will pay extra for refinements) and be built somewhat well. NA account only. exploration rate, AR, and quest progress do not matter to me.
