2) You must be the Original Owner of the account and provide a scanned copy of your ID matching

both the account information and the Paypal information you wish to receive payment on

3) You must have FULL information on the account. This includes:

a) Contact Information
b) Secret Question + Answer
c) Access to the Registered Email
d) CD Keys Registered (If you do not have these I can make exceptions)

4) You must have an active Markee Dragon account and post on this thread with your AIM Screen Name

before contacting me. I may simply not respond to your message if you do not post!
