WTB Account with all or most runes. Don't really care much about rank, skins, or champions
Only care about runes. I can buy champions, but IP takes time.
Needs to have most to all runes. Everything else is pretty irrelevant other than being an account in good standing.
Not interested in accounts that cost more due to rare skins or having all champions.
Describe the account and name your price. Not buying from new accounts.
