i just posted a lvl 80 Tos for sale few mins ago
It probly isnt as geared as you'd like it to be but it has 1 epic and the rest are mostly blues im just looking for around 200$ if ur intrested email me at [email protected] or take a look at the post

Adding a few things, accounts must have epics and if you have a ranger, I prefer an Aquilonian. Been searching for an epic geared female ToS or Ranger, offering a lot of money for one.
