450 professions - JC, LW, inscribtion, or enchant. It is a plus if you have 400+ cooking and fishing
epic flying
1k+ gold
at least a lvl 219 weapon. If you have polearm from onyxia that would be awesome.
nice trinkets. brewfest stam trinkets would be nice
