As the title states, i am buying plexes, looking for around 40

6-7$ pr plex, got no problems with gifting on paypal , if you're an old user here or got alot of reputation.

I've dealt with Raigal in here before and he should be able to vouch that he has no problems with keeping the money from me i sent him on Paypal.

ahh, didn't think of that, but im pretty sure they can't ever see whats traded between people since it doesn't contain that.

but if you got iskies to sell, sell some to me !

 

Another great way to do it, is as a corp contract with a reason such as Lotto Winner or Contest Giveaway, its how ive been smuggling billions upon billions between characters the last 3 or 4 years, 300-400b isk later and still not caught. But trade in staion is also good.. but does have loopholes that CCP will see.

yea we did and that is the only way ill do business by face to face trade on a station, no way for CCP to track that really
